Currently, as a Business Mediator and financial expert, I collaborate with numerous companies and institutions,
sharing my extensive business and negotiation experience. I have been appointed as a forensic expert by the District Court in Warsaw and as a Business Mediator by the District Courts in Warsaw, Łódź, Siedlce, and Radom.
I possess high qualifications.
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics and hold an MBA from the International Executive Development Center in Bled, Slovenia. I am a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants based in London, holding the title of The Chartered Global Management Accountant. Additionally, I have completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics on the ‘Legal and Economic Foundations of the Investment Process’ and postgraduate studies at the University of Łódź on ‘Mediation in Business Cases’.
I have rich managerial experience.
I commenced my professional career in the international consulting firm, KPMG. Subsequently, I held positions as a manager and investment director in companies managing investment funds, including Westfund and PTP – Kleinwort Benson. I also served as a financial controller and CFO in several Polish manufacturing companies. In the years 2002-2007, 2009-2013, and in 2016, I held the position of CEO and Board Member responsible for financial matters in railway industry companies: Przewozy Regionalne Sp. z o.o. (now Polregio S.A.) and PKP PLK S.A.
In 2013, I served as the Chair of the Regional and Suburban Transport Forum at the International Union of Railways (UIC – Union Internationale des Chemins de fer) based in Paris. Earlier, from 1996 to 2001, I was a member of the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: ELBUD Poznań, ZWSE Kraków, ZWSE Wrocław, BYFUCH Bydgoszcz, KFAP Kraków, TOFAMA Toruń, SANWIL Przemyśl, KPIS Katowice, BELOS Bielsko Biała. In the first six mentioned companies, I held the position of the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board.
